Terms of use

Sunset Today is a free sunrise and sunset lookup operated by an independent developer based in the People’s Republic of China. These terms apply when you use sunsettoday.app.

The site covers six United States cities. Results use city-center coordinates and are rounded to the nearest minute. Your exact location, terrain, buildings and atmospheric conditions can change what you observe.

Use the times for general planning only. They are not a safety, navigation or emergency service. Check an authoritative local source when exact timing matters.

The public lookup does not offer user accounts, subscriptions or paid services. Do not interfere with the site or overload it with automated requests.

You may use or share a result for ordinary personal planning, provided you do not present an approximate city-center time as a guaranteed observation at a specific address. Links to the public city pages are welcome. The service may occasionally be unavailable while we correct an error or maintain the site.

We may correct data, change features or interrupt the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China to the extent permitted by applicable law. For questions, contact support@sunsettoday.app.
